Our task was to organize a rich and comfortable tour in Georgia: Tbilisi, Tsinandali, and Batumi. What made this trip unique was that the group consisted of 8 tourists of different ages, from different cities and even countries. How to please everyone at once?
WHAT WERE THE CHALLENGES?
-1-
High demands for comfort
It was extremely important for the group to have comfortable and timely transfers and luxury-class accommodations.
-2-
Different preferences for the program
We had to take into account the differing interests and preferences of the participants to create a universal yet personalized program.
-3-
Balancing an intense itinerary with relaxation
We needed to strike a balance between experiences, travel time, and providing a relaxing atmosphere.
HOW WE ORGANIZED THE TRIP?
We developed an engaging sightseeing program and infused it with local flavor while maintaining a premium level — ensuring the ease and relaxation of a couple’s trip, even for a group.
Coordinating flights and meeting all participants from different cities and countries at the airport.
Accommodation in the best hotels, including Radisson in Tsinandali and Mercure in Tbilisi.
Comfortable transfers: premium-class vehicles, no buses or exhausting waits for each other.
Professional guides fluent in different languages to ensure smooth conversations and cater to everyone’s preferences.
Selecting vineyards and picturesque locations to visit.
A gastronomic tour of Georgian cuisine, cooking classes, and wine tastings at private wineries.
AS A RESULT:
We found the common thread that united people of different ages and cultural backgrounds, blending it with the authenticity of Georgia.
This led to a luxurious Georgian hospitality experience, a rich exploration of local cuisine with interactive elements, and modern service in a country with a centuries-old history.
